The Kansas State University Speech and Hearing Center was established in 1956 as part of the Program in Communication Sciences and Disorders. The two major goals of the KSU Speech and Hearing Center are to provide high quality, comprehensive services to individuals with communication impairments and to provide graduate students with professional training in speech-language pathology and audiology. All services provided by graduate students are closely supervised by faculty members. The Program in Communication Sciences and Disorders is accredited in speech-language pathology by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA).
