"She will provide leadership to our students while they gain hands-on experience working in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. We are excited to bring her experience and ideas to the department”.
Lacy’s Fresh Fare and Catering will provide a new lunch option to students on campus beginning in the spring semester. While final details are still in process, students can expect fresh soups, salad and sandwich options. Lacy’s will also be able to provide catering services in the future.
