Three faculty awarded academic excellence funds

Provost April Mason has announced awards from the academic excellence fund from the offices of the president and provost. Twenty-six – including three from the College of Human Ecology – of the 61 submitted proposals received funding.
They are:
- Barbara Anderson, apparel, textiles and interior design, to purchase instructional equipment;
- Briana Nelson Goff, Institute for the Health and Security of Military Families in the School of Family Studies and Human Services, for screening of two documentaries and travel expenses of panelists; and
- Tonatiuh Melgarejo, human nutrition, to help bring Zoobiquity to K-State.
