Dean Virginia Moxley became a biker for the homecoming parade through Manhattan on October 26. The college formed a “Human Ecology on the Move” section as a special salute to parade marshals Sally and Thane Baker. Sally Baker is a CHE alumnus. Joining the dean, with Dwight Smith on a purple Harley, were 9 other motorcycles, a powercat decorated ATV belonging to Bob Rettele and a purple 1972 Dodge Prospector owned by Mary Flora and Bob Garcia’s Volkswagen pick-up carrying other board members, faculty and staff. More than a dozen students joined the group that wound through downtown to a pep rally in City Park.
