Extension honors Bradshaw with Mentor Award

Associate professor Michael Bradshaw has received the K-State Research and Extension Mentor Award.

Bradshaw was nominated by Elaine Johannes who wrote:

“Our mentor-mentee relationship was not just happenstance nor luck. It was meant to be. A number of years ago, Mike pushed into the path of my PhD (it felt like a Mac Truck at times). He pushed me with a question, ‘Elaine, what will you be doing in 5 years?’ The answer to that question resulted in my connection to and love for K-State Research and Extension.”

Bradshaw, a health and safety specialist in the School of Family Studies and Human Services, received his doctorate in Administration and Foundations at K-State.
