Congratulations, new Phi Kappa Phi members

Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest, largest and most selective all-discipline honor society, welcomed 110 new members at K-State, including a group from Human Ecology.

Congratulations to Human Ecology inductees:

Jill Deters, senior in family studies and human services; Allison Fogle, junior in family and consumer education; Wendy Trout, senior in early childhood education; Tiffany Hands, junior in communication sciences and disorders; Andrew Bratawidjaja, graduate student in human ecology; Jessica Ponnath, junior in apparel and textiles; Kelly Shuss, junior in communication sciences and disorders; Jane Best, senior in early childhood education; Anna Chambers, junior in dietetics; Josephine Merrifield, junior in apparel and textiles; Kristin Schieber, junior in family studies and human service; Julie Eisenbarth, junior in hotel restaurant management; Jean Sanders, graduate student in human ecology; and Julie Clements, senior in interior design.

Students are juniors in the upper 7.5 percent second-semester, seniors in the upper 10 percent and outstanding
graduate students.
