Family Center Facilities
Renovated and expanded in 2005, the Campus Creek Complex is home to the K-State Family Center. The center has four family and individual therapy rooms, a group therapy room and a play therapy room, which is specifically designed to work with children and families in a more experimental process. All therapy rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors and videotaping equipment for students and faculty to observe and critique therapy sessions.
The Campus Creek Complex is also home to the K-State Speech and Hearing Center. Having the two centers in one facility provides unique opportunities for collaboration and research, especially involving children with communication disorders and behavior problems. The Speech and Hearing Center’s five clinic rooms are also available for MFT sessions, and the two centers share a reception area, office space, a classroom and a computer laboratory.
Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
