Academic Progress Reports
Academic Progress Reports indicate the level of academic performance of first semester freshman at the end of the fifth week of classes, and alert students and faculty to unsatisfactory progress.
Procedure
- Instructors submit academic progress reports as directed by the Office of the Registrar.
- The Registrar's Office distributes reports for students with unsatisfactory progress in one or more courses to the Dean's Office and students. The Dean's Office distributes reports to advisers.
- Advisers contact students who are not performing at a satisfactory level in all classes to identify problems and recommend possible assistance.
