Changing Majors
Students may consult advisers about changing majors. Advisers may suggest that the student talk with other faculty members to obtain further information before making the decision to change. Faculty in the Dean's Office are available to consult with students who are undecided about a major. Please respect the student's right to consider alternative career goals.
When the decision is made to change majors, the student initiates the process in the Dean's Office of the College in which he or she currently is enrolled.
Students must have a 2.000 cumulative grade point average to enter the College of Human Ecology.
Return of the Adviser's Folder will be requested for students who change majors and advisers. Please return the folder immediately so records can be forwarded to the new adviser.
