Short Biography

Roni Schwartz has worked in the field of dietetics since 1977. Her experiences have included foodservice management as a production manager of a large healthcare facility and department manager of a small healthcare nutrition services department. She has worked as a clinical dietitian in acute care medical settings, outpatient clinics and psychiatric units. Ms. Schwartz worked with clients suffering from eating disorders for 15 years. She received the Recognized Young Dietitian Award in 1982 from the Kansas Dietetic Association. She was recognized as a Distinguished Graduate in 1991 by Webster University. Ms. Schwartz has worked at KSU since 2005.
