University Honors Program Application Form
In order to join the University Honors Program, you will need to complete the Honors Program Application for Admission.
We have provided the application for admission to the University Honors Program to allow students to print and mail or bring the application in to the UHP Office (7 Leasure Hall). We look forward to hearing from you!
